Non-emergencies go through the portal. Emergencies call our 24/7 line.
What counts as an emergency?
Fire, flooding, gas leaks, no heat in winter, complete loss of A/C in extreme summer heat, sewer backups, or anything threatening life or property.
How to submit a routine request
Log into your tenant portal, describe the issue, add photos if possible, and confirm the best times for entry. A vendor will be scheduled within 24–72 hours depending on urgency.
