What we look for in every applicant.
Income
Verifiable gross monthly income of at least 3x the monthly rent.
Credit
A satisfactory credit report free of recent evictions, unpaid utility judgments, or landlord collections.
Rental history
Positive verifiable rental history for the past 2–5 years.
Background
Criminal background review consistent with fair-housing law and property owner requirements.
